About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead regional talent acquisition strategy across multiple service brands
- Partner with executive and operations leaders to forecast and execute hiring plans
- Drive high-volume technician hiring as well as leadership and exempt searches
- Build, coach, and support recruiting teams across the region
- Strengthen employer branding and pipeline development
- Leverage data and recruiting metrics to drive results
- Travel throughout the Atlantic South region to support brands
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with people leadership responsibilities
- Multi-site or regional recruiting experience
- Skilled trades or field-based hiring experience strongly preferred
- Ability to influence senior leaders in fast-paced growth environments
- Willingness to travel regularly
