Human Resources Generalist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to recruitment, retention, performance, compensation, and engagement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key HR metrics
- Identify trends and insights to improve people processes and employee experience
- Ensures data accuracy and integrity through audits across all HR systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert with ability to solve issues quickly, refine and rollout SOP’s.
- Coordinate and continuously improve end-to-end new hire onboarding for Dallas and Tampa.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years’ Human Resources Experience, minimum 1 year in HR Analyst role
- Technical expertise, with the desire and ability to rapidly learn new systems
- Expertise in Microsoft Suite tools (Excel intermediate experience required, PowerPoint)
- Data-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal, social)
- A high level of emotional maturity and situational awareness
- Bachelor’s degree required.
