About the role

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics across all channels.

  • Demonstrate strong initiative, accountability, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or similar platforms).
  • Hands-on knowledge of paid search, SEO, LSA, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in the skilled trades or home services industry is a plus.
