About the role

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics across all channels.
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve ROI and inform future strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness and implement adjustments to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Manage paid search, SEO, LSA, and other digital channels to ensure optimal performance and visibility.
  • Allocate marketing budgets strategically, focusing on cost efficiency and measurable outcomes.
  • Use data to assess market trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior to refine strategies.
  • Work closely with General Managers and Regional Managers to align marketing initiatives with local market needs and business goals.
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies that integrate digital and traditional channels to achieve regional objectives.
  • Prepare clear, concise performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong initiative and accountability in achieving goals and meeting deadlines, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, and campaign analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or similar platforms).
  • Expertise in paid search, SEO, LSA, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in Skilled Trades or home services industry is a plus.
  • Relevant experience in planning and managing marketing budgets.
