Develop and maintain software systems for Driver's License Issuance and Credentialing
Develop and maintain software systems for Vehicle Registration and Titling
Develop and maintain Motor Vehicle regulation compliance features
Develop Commercial Motor Vehicle Services and Motor Vehicle Dealer licensing systems
Support administrative systems and other features designated by the Motor Vehicle Administrator
Implement session management in .NET Core web applications
Review, understand, and implement defined customer requirements
Review, understand, and correct identified problems
Test and verify operation consistent with user requirements
Produce source code and object code meeting ITD quality standards and procedures
Interact with technical and non-technical staff in an Agile/Scrum environment

Proficiency in .NET Core and C#
Experience with session management in .NET Core web development
Experience developing and maintaining source code and associated database structures
Experience with testing, verification, and release of object code
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Ability to review, understand, and implement customer requirements and correct identified problems
Ability to interact with technical and non-technical staff
Local candidate (Boise, Idaho); remote work will not be considered
