About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join the Luxembourg Finance Team in India's Finance Global Service Centre in Pune
Perform month-end activities including Billing & Cash Collection, end-to-end revenue ownership, Accounts Receivable & Payable, Accrued Income, and month-end close in adherence with accounting policies
Prepare Statutory & Regulatory reporting
Conduct month-on-month variance analysis and ad hoc analyses
Manage stakeholders including business heads, Head of Finance (CFO), regulators, and auditors
Support business heads with business-specific requirements and deep-dive analysis
Perform business reviews, revenue-by-client analysis, sales pipeline reviews, 3-month/FY forecast rolling views, top-client analysis, people-efficiency scores, ad hoc requests, and auditor queries
Create a robust India-level framework to stabilize and expand the team
Prepare various trackers
Create team backup processes, SOPs, and documentation
Work on automation, system transformation, innovation projects, process enhancement, controls, and analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5-20 years of Controllership & Business Partnering experience (Depending on the position)
Knowledge of Billing and Cash Collection required for the specific functional roles
Knowledge of accounting principles and experience in Statutory and Regulatory Reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft package (Word/Excel/Power Point)
Project Management Skills
Ability to multitask
Good team player
Take accountability and end to end ownership of the tasks managed
Decision making capability and Attention to detail
Customer Centricity (Stakeholder Centricity)
Good Communication & Stakeholder Management skills
Strong Time Management skill
Ability to work under pressure
Demonstrable use and management of large data sets

CA/CFA/MBA is an added advantage
Power BI Knowledge is an added advantage
Knowledge of Workday/Adaptive Planning is preferred
