About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and inspire teams of engineers, scientists, project managers, and support staff.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level staff.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Manage projects from development through completion, ensuring QA/QC procedures are followed.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cross-selling efforts.
  • Manage and lead the sales process for existing clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS or MS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or other relevant discipline.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in wastewater.
  • Registered Professional Engineer or other Professional Certifications or Registrations in State(s) where company and/or individual does work or ability to obtain the same by reciprocity is preferred.
