Serve as senior technical lead on cumulative projects which total $2 to $5 million annually
Contribute to successful business development of new clients and projects at greater than $1 million annually
Write and review technical reports and proposals
Assist with project management activities
Augment a busy established practice in groundwater/soil characterization and remediation
Identify and develop successful client relationships and new business development opportunities; business development of $400,000 annual revenue
Mentor and train scientific staff and ensure quality work product
Actively develop your own career growth
Requirements
BS in Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum 15 years of experience with environmental/remediation services, including technical writing, technical oversight, project management, business development, and staff management
Experience with oil & gas, manufacturing industries, utilities, landfills, and chlorinated solvent sites; Potentially Responsible Parties (PRP) groups and municipalities (preferred)
Current California PE (required)
Proven track record in business development and project management (required)
Proven track record of mentoring and developing staff (preferred)
Strong technical writing skills
40-hour HAZWOPER certification
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
Strong communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Deltek Vision (preferred)
