Product Manager

• You'll help surgical teams see and act on what's happening in the OR in real time, where minutes of delay compound across a day of cases
• Be able to evolve the strategic vision and roadmap of our Pulse product to support increasing impact on our customers operational efficiency, balancing what should be in the product roadmap vs. what should be professional services
• Collaborate with our technical partners, engineering, design, data science and machine learning, as well as our commercial ones in sales and customer success
• Evaluate new opportunities within OR operations workflows
• Bring Pulse to where the OR team actually is, on their feet, between cases, on mobile — so the right person gets the right signal at the moment it matters, not back at a workstation.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data science teams to understand business challenges and the potential for machine learning and AI solutions.
• Develop tools and automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency, accelerate experimentation velocity, and minimize human error.
• Build, integrate, and monitor the end-to-end lifecycles of large-scale, distributed machine learning systems.
• Investigate model performance and identify data quality and performance issues.
