About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

In cooperation with our planning team, holistic coordination, control and supervision of construction projects from the concept phase to completion
Management of projects across various asset classes with differing sizes and levels of complexity
Independent assumption of partial project management responsibilities
Coordination of project participants and external service providers
Ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets and quality standards
Communication with clients, authorities and other stakeholders
Risk and conflict management
Cost and schedule planning and control
Construction management including claims and change-order management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable field
Solid knowledge and several years of professional experience in construction project management, project leadership in the construction sector, as well as site management roles
Strong communication and leadership skills
Independent and structured working style combined with entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to work in a team
Confident user of MS Office, MS Project and project management software
