Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with our planning team to coordinate, control and oversee construction projects holistically from concept phase to completion
- Manage projects across various asset classes of differing sizes and complexity
- Independently assume partial project leadership responsibilities
- Coordinate project participants and external service providers
- Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets and quality standards
- Communicate with clients, authorities and other stakeholders
- Risk and conflict management
- Cost and schedule planning and control
- Construction management including change order/claims management
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in civil engineering, architecture or a related discipline
- Solid knowledge and several years of professional experience in construction project management, project leadership and site management roles
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Independent and structured working style combined with commercial awareness and team spirit
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and project management software
