About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

In cooperation with our planning team: overall coordination, management and oversight of construction projects from the concept phase through to completion
Management of projects across different asset classes, varying in size and complexity
Independently assume partial project management responsibilities
Coordination of project participants and external service providers
Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards
Communication with clients, authorities and other stakeholders
Risk and conflict management
Cost and schedule planning and their management
Construction management, including change-order/claims management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline
Solid knowledge and several years of professional experience in construction project management, project leadership in the construction sector, and site management roles
Strong communication and leadership skills
Independent and structured working style combined with entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work in a team
Proficient use of MS Office, MS Project and project management software
