• Translate Aparkado’s company vision into a clear product strategy.
• Prioritize requirements based on user needs, data-driven insights and our long-term goals.
• Lead the entire team through a structured, efficient SCRUM cadence.
• Ensure priorities are transparent, processes run smoothly and all teams are aligned on shared product goals.
• Own the entire product lifecycle — from ideation to delivery.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the LKW.APP.
• Use analytics, user feedback and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Optimize retention, engagement and the ongoing development of our app based on clear KPIs.
• Work closely and transparently with internal teams (Development, Data, Design, Growth), external partners and the executive team to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
• Motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. Promote ownership, clarity and impact-oriented work.
