About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading the coordinated uplift of APA’s project delivery systems, processes, and toolkits in line with the DDO roadmap and stage gates.
- Ensuring seamless integration from Energy Solutions (Develop) through Infrastructure Delivery (Deliver) into Operations (Operate).
- Driving adoption of a new Project Delivery Toolkit, Site Manager Toolkit, and Project Controls across the project lifecycle.
- Embedding controls & templates forms/tools used during the delivery of projects for Safety, Time, Cost, QA, Environment, Commercial Risk, Production, handover, and commissioning.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience leading complex capital project delivery or enterprise process/systems uplift in energy, utilities, or infrastructure.
- Demonstrated leadership across Develop–Deliver–Operate interfaces and stage gate governance.
- Strong Project Controls expertise (planning/scheduling, cost management, risk/contingency, reporting).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement; ability to facilitate cross functional decisions and drive adoption.
