About the role
- Map, prioritize, and distribute tasks to the team in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.
- Plan and architect Sprints based on user stories using Scrum methodology.
- Guide, support, and mentor the team during ServiceNow solution implementations.
- Design, develop, and automate business processes and services on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with the platform’s best practices.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs for integration with external systems and services.
- Act as a technical reference in global projects, ensuring scalability, quality, and adherence to best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Consultant in ServiceNow
- Mandatory ServiceNow certifications, with hands-on experience on the platform
- Solid experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across different organizational levels
- Demonstrated technical leadership and team-leading capabilities
- Advanced English for daily communication in global projects (mandatory requirement)
- Mandatory ServiceNow certifications:
- - CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- - CAD (Certified Application Developer) and/or at least one CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist)
- Previous experience as a Technical Leader
- Experience working on international or global projects
- Additional ServiceNow certifications
