About the role

  • Gather and map business requirements based on ServiceNow platform best practices.
  • Lead process workshops and promote best practices with global clients and teams.
  • Write user stories, structure backlogs, and plan sprints using Scrum methodology.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to monitor development, integrated testing, and functional testing of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Ensure alignment between business needs, technology, and client strategy in international projects.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing ServiceNow or similar platforms, with hands-on work in at least one of the following modules: ITSM, ITBM, or CSM.
  • Experience leading or driving platform and solution implementations.
  • Solid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
  • Advanced English for daily communication in global projects (mandatory requirement).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across different levels, with experience delivering presentations and workshops.
  • Mandatory ServiceNow certifications:
  • o CSA (Certified System Administrator)
  • o CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) and/or CAD (Certified Application Developer)
