About the role
- Develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform, supporting business processes and enterprise automations
- Work on global projects, collaborating with international stakeholders and teams
- Build and evolve applications, workflows, and integrations using native ServiceNow capabilities
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives)
- Contribute technically to scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
- Support technical decision-making, ensuring quality, governance, and adherence to defined standards
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Experience working with agile methodologies
- Advanced English for daily communication in global projects (mandatory)
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CAD and/or at least one CIS
- Nice to have: Experience in international projects or working with global clients
- Knowledge across different ServiceNow modules and solutions
- Strong communication skills in multicultural environments
- A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
