• Responsible for managing the strategic relationship with the client, ensuring that ServiceNow initiatives generate business value, expand opportunities, and strengthen the partnership between the client and Aoop.
• Act as the client’s focal point, ensuring satisfaction and strategic alignment.
• Identify new business opportunities and opportunities to expand platform usage.
• Translate client needs into requests and priorities for the allocated teams.
• Monitor the portfolio of initiatives, aligning scope, value, and expected outcomes.
• Define and monitor working agreements and delivery processes.
• Track value indicators and promote continuous improvements in the relationship and in deliveries.
• Support the financial and contractual management of deliveries.
