About the role

  • Map business requirements based on ServiceNow platform best practices.
  • Lead process and best-practice workshops within ServiceNow.
  • Write user stories and plan sprints (using Scrum methodology).
  • Monitor development and integrated and functional testing of our clients' solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing ServiceNow.
  • Experience leading platform solution deployments.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
  • Intermediate English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across different levels and experience delivering presentations/workshops.
  • Hold at least one of the following certifications: CIS ITSM, CIS CSM, CIS HRSM, CIS Discovery, CIS Mapping, CIS VRM, or CAD.
  • Reside in Brasília.
