About the role
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone)
- Explain benefits, answer questions, and assist with applications
- Provide ongoing support to clients and their families
- Assist in document preparation and organization related to transactions.

Requirements
- Experience in customer support or a fast-paced admin role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Tech-savvy, organized, and great at juggling multiple tasks.
- Authorized to work in Canada or the U.S
- Active license in life and health insurance or willingness to obtain a license.
