What you’ll need

Extensive experience in commercial banking or real estate finance
Strong direct experience leading real estate finance relationships and transactions
Strong risk management, relationship management, financial analysis skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong organisational skills with a customer-centric focus
Ability to drive business strategies and deliver customer experiences
Established networks to provide new to bank opportunities
Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or property economics will be highly regarded.
