About the role
- Build strong relationships with customers to coach them through the home loan journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Develop your lending capability with great training and development opportunities and specialised coaching support
- Provide excellent, transferable lending skills
Requirements
- Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience
- Experience working in a sales role that has financial targets would be advantageous, but is not mandatory
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise, coupled with the desire to build your network and promote ANZ
- Strong customer focus and the ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections
- Financial savvy, with a keen attention to detail
- An active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions
- The ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a productive, supportive and collaborative team environment
