About the role
- Lead the business design and development of transforming business capabilities and processes
- Support current state process documentation
- Lead future state process definition and documentation
- Support business requirement elicitation
- Facilitate working groups with key stakeholders
- Execute User Acceptance Testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards
Requirements
- Lending Experience
- Transformation Delivery experience
- Strong functional experience in Business Analysis, Project/PMO Management, Test Management, and/or Change Management
- Strong communication/presentation skills
- Experience leveraging data systems and tools
- Experience in creating and owning risk and change analysis documentation
- Experience with business case creation and analysis
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, Teams)
