About the role

  • Delivering and supporting communication channels for ANZ Institutional, to enhance and protect the reputation of the division/Bank
  • Supporting the implementation of best practice integrated communication programs
  • Delivering communication programs to deadline and budget
  • Developing communication programs and materials that help employees advocate on behalf of customers and ANZ
  • Delivering and supporting business-as-usual and project-related integrated communication strategies
  • Working collaboratively with Group Communications, Marketing and Corporate Affairs
  • Collaborating with diverse groups to deliver superior communication outcomes
  • Act on identified risks and issues by supporting development of mitigations

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience writing content for publications
  • Excellent document editing skills
  • Web-content creation, including creating social-media posts, creating social media campaigns, and web-page creation
  • Video production skills, including narrative creation, story-boarding, filming and editing
  • Project management – development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs
  • Business acumen to quickly understand an issue and respond to situations in a manner that is likely to lead to good outcomes
  • Bachelor of Arts, Commerce or Science
