About the role
- Identify regulatory changes in China that may impact ANZ China
- Facilitate effective compliance management across ANZ China
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external regulators
- Support the design and implementation of policies and procedures
- Act as subject matter expert on compliance management
Requirements
- Extensive relevant experience with the qualifications required by the NFRA
- Strong understanding of local AML, Sanctions and KYC laws and regulations
- Effective communicator (oral and written) with board-level presentation skills
- Mandarin fluency
- Sound product knowledge across Markets, Corporate Finance and Transaction Banking
