About the role
- Translate strategic business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Support end-to-end delivery while embedding governance, risk awareness, and operational controls into business analysis practices.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Document business processes, rules, requirements, benefits, dependencies, and risks for SCFE-related initiatives.
- Work closely with Product Owners, actively participate in backlog grooming, options analysis, and benefits realisation.
- Collaborate with squads and other business areas to define and document success metrics and acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- Experienced as a Business Analyst supporting organisation-wide or end-to-end technology and business projects.
- Experience in digital delivery programs, ideally involving customer-facing platforms or single customer view initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Atlassian Jira & Confluence, Office 365, and process modelling tools (Visio, draw.io).
- Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment and influence outcomes across complex stakeholder groups.
