About the role
- Shape the Future of Risk Management: Partner with NFR Framework and Governance teams, as well as business stakeholders, to develop our non-financial risk reporting and dashboards using the preferred solutions, Tableau and GCP (RDH).
- Be a Data Detective: Dive into data, industry research, and feedback—both numbers and stories—to uncover what our business truly needs.

Requirements
- Strong understanding and good working knowledge of data visualisation tools, including Qlik, Tableau and ServiceNow Reporting
- Strong understanding and good working knowledge of database design (e.g., SQL, SAS)
- Experience in processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
- Experience in using data and reporting to draw insights to problem solve and/or inform business or customer decisions
- Strong understanding and good working knowledge of the non-financial risk framework, process, and data
- Strong stakeholder management skills combined with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- An ability to think about and solve complex issues in a strategic manner, considering the broader context and implications and using a range of analytical techniques
- Ability to explore user needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate
- Strong user experience skills and experience in applying HCD techniques to optimise customer journeys and experiences.
- An inquisitive mindset with an ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions that enhance the user experience
