About the role

  • Drive sales performance outcomes
  • Manage approximately 25 franchisees, providing one-on-one and group sales coaching
  • Concentrate on pipeline management, client retention, and new business growth
  • Partner with franchisees to set business goals and track progress
  • Implement customized improvement plans to drive sustainable performance
  • Monitor sales performance and provide timely feedback
  • Facilitate the development of annual business plans
  • Guide franchisees in building effective marketing strategies
  • Support franchisees by leveraging customer insights and industry trends
  • Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new lenders
  • Support franchisees in developing succession plans

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and negotiating skills
  • Demonstrated experience with delivering improved performance
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and via group training environments
  • Experience in working with and influencing individuals who are not employees
  • Strong understanding of retail home loan credit policy
  • Strong understanding of retail & commercial business partners, sales and risk frameworks and processes
