About the role
- Helping to providing customers with a seamless banking experience
- Meeting each customer’s end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities
- Educating customers on the financial solutions available, including digital
- Delivering a high standard of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage
- Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage
- Lending experience or willingness to progress to lending is desired
- Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
- Sound understanding of compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
