About the role
- Deliver on agreed financial plan for AMU Solomon Island and Pacific
- Actively assess and manage customer’s portfolios
- Exercise thorough credit worthiness assessment
- Drive engagement with stakeholders
- Ensure the customer management function continually provides support and outstanding service
- Work with stakeholders to ensure operational standards are achieved
- Ensure processes align with AMU Policies and Processes
- Maintain strong connectivity between E2E AMU teams across markets
Requirements
- Proven experience in credit, collections, recoveries, or financial control within business operations
- Ability to engage with customers in challenging financial situations
- Strong business acumen with in-depth understanding of financials and core business fundamentals
- Self-managed, highly motivated, with excellent time management skills
- Skilled in negotiation and influencing outcomes
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
