About the role
- Responsible for region allocated such as Solomon Islands and leads the recovery strategy
- Lead customer engagement, ensuring effective rehabilitation, minimal loss
- Undertake recovery action, execute recovery strategies, and comply with governance standards
- Support credit decision-making with delegated authority, drive continuous process improvement
- Maintain a “no surprises” environment involving various stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in credit, collections, recoveries, or financial control within business operations
- Ability to engage with customers in challenging financial situations, demonstrating empathy while setting clear expectations during difficult conversations
- Strong business acumen with in-depth understanding of financials and core business fundamentals
- Self-managed, highly motivated, with excellent time management skills
- Skilled in negotiation and influencing outcomes
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
