About the role
- Working collaboratively with content owners and stakeholders to edit and design website updates
- Using content design and editing skills to deliver continuous improvement through content solutions based on best practice, research, data, and customer insights
- Participating in, planning, and leading content renovation projects
- Building and nurturing relationships with content owners and stakeholders across the business, using exceptional communication skills to understand stakeholder needs, develop support for your work, advise on best practice, and champion the customer voice in decision-making
- Advocating for customer experience and accessibility
- Minimising risk by following approval, publishing, and content management processes
Requirements
- Experience designing, writing, editing, and publishing user-centred content for websites
- Skilled in developing and implementing content strategies
- Strong understanding of human-centred design principles and best practices
- Expertise in content design, including UX writing, information architecture, user journeys, and wireframing
- Ability to analyse and use data and evidence to make informed content decisions
- Experience working with design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines
- Knowledge and application of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred)
- Proficiency with collaboration and design tools such as Figma, Jira, and Confluence
