About the role
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and propositions informed by real-time insights and customer data
- Drive portfolio and product strategy, including commercial benefit analysis
- Own and manage the marketing budget for effectiveness and efficiency
- Lead marketing’s contribution to SCFE adoption and engagement
- Inspire and coach a diverse team, fostering inclusion and high performance
- Represent marketing at senior leadership forums and influence executive stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large, complex programs and delivering transformative outcomes
- Ability to navigate and lead through complex transitions
- Strong understanding of business performance and strategic financial decision-making
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and solving adaptive challenges
- Experience leading marketing teams in regulated environments
- Experience in Product or Segment Marketing within Financial Services
- Qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, Strategy, or related discipline
