Requirements

  • Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience
  • Experience working in a sales role that has financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise, coupled with the desire to build your network and promote ANZ
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections
  • Financial savvy, with a keen attention to detail
  • An active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions
  • The ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a productive, supportive and collaborative team environment
