About the role

  • Be the first point of contact for potential customers.
  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other creative channels.
  • Engage prospects in discovery conversations to understand their challenges and determine fit with Deepdesk’s AI solutions.
  • Generate and nurture high-quality leads, scheduling meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Work closely with Sales Executives Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and market strategies.
  • Stay on top of trends in SaaS, AI, and customer experience to understand our prospects’ needs.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to Account Executives and Onboarding teams for a great customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or similar customer-facing role (bonus if in SaaS or contact center tech).
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English (non-negotiable).
  • A natural ability to build rapport and spark interest with people you’ve just met.
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies and/or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bonus points if you have: Experience with dialogue/contact center solutions.
  • Bonus points if you have: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools.
  • Bonus points if you have: A solid professional network in SaaS or enterprise tech.
