About the role
- Be the first point of contact for potential customers.
- Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other creative channels.
- Engage prospects in discovery conversations to understand their challenges and determine fit with Deepdesk’s AI solutions.
- Generate and nurture high-quality leads, scheduling meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Work closely with Sales Executives Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and market strategies.
- Stay on top of trends in SaaS, AI, and customer experience to understand our prospects’ needs.
- Ensure a smooth handover to Account Executives and Onboarding teams for a great customer experience.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or similar customer-facing role (bonus if in SaaS or contact center tech).
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English (non-negotiable).
- A natural ability to build rapport and spark interest with people you’ve just met.
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies and/or enterprise software.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Bonus points if you have: Experience with dialogue/contact center solutions.
- Bonus points if you have: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools.
- Bonus points if you have: A solid professional network in SaaS or enterprise tech.
