About the role

- Negotiate with confidence: Balance customer value and supplier pricing while protecting margin and booking quality.
- Convert with discipline: Drive every enquiry to a clear outcome, booked, timed follow-up, or closed out properly.
- Upsell value where it matters: Add services that genuinely improve the customer outcome and increase booking value.
- Track your numbers daily: You’ll manage activity → conversion → revenue and know exactly what lever to pull to win more.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven success in a high-performance, target-driven sales environment
- Strong negotiation ability and commercial instinct (margin mindset)
- You’re a strong communicator who can build rapport quickly.
- Comfort handling objections, controlling calls, and closing confidently
- Excellent pipeline discipline and follow-up execution
- You bring enthusiasm, resilience, and the hunger to succeed.
- You pay attention to detail and learn fast.
- You thrive in a buzzing, supportive sales floor.
- You speak and write both German fluently alongside Spanish and English.
