About the role

  • Be the go-to person for all things content, establishing and maintaining a distinctive and consistent tone of voice across channels
  • Craft a wide array of content and copy across marketing and product touchpoints (direct mailers, signage, video content, core web pages, blogs, emails)
  • Manage the internal CMS and work with Product to develop a user-friendly, scalable platform
  • Develop and deliver the social and editorial calendar aligned with marketing objectives and company roadmap; manage daily running of channels
  • Identify and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators to deliver campaigns and content
  • Monitor and manage review platforms and online forums to retain excellent ratings and promote customer voice internally
  • Measure and report on brand advocacy channels and proactively propose optimisation strategies to build reach and drive engagement
  • Contribute to ideation and concepting for campaigns and creative challenges
  • Use web analytics and A/B testing tools to measure the impact of content changes

Requirements

  • Strong experience in copywriting, content creation and community management for D2C brands
  • Top-notch writing skills and natural flare for storytelling; experience of SEO optimisation
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador programme, or delivering an influencer content campaign)
  • Experience identifying and nurturing relationships with influencers and content creators
  • A discerning eye for design and experience creating lo-fi video content
  • A finger on the pulse with an instinct for what grabs attention
  • A data-driven mindset; ideally experience using A/B testing to optimise performance
  • Experience using web analytics tools
  • CMS management experience and collaborating with Product teams
  • A bias to action with a pragmatic, results-orientated approach; appetite to learn and openness to feedback
  • Right to work in the UK / ability to obtain necessary visa or sponsorship
