About the role

- Lead the go‑to‑market - Define priority audiences, regions and use cases. Partner with Product, Pricing and Operations to ensure strong product‑market fit and a compelling, localised proposition.
- Champion the French customer - Be the voice of the French customer across the business. Ground decisions in clear customer insight and ensure every touchpoint, marketing and product is culturally relevant and resonates locally.
- Build and scale channels & partnerships - Bring together core channels (PPC, SEO, CRM, Brand, Paid Social, PR, Influencers) while developing high‑impact partnerships with marketplaces, retailers, property platforms, banks and media in France.
- Test, learn and move decisively - Work closely with data science to measure impact and optimise performance, while confidently making informed decisions when data is imperfect in early‑stage growth.
- Act like an owner - Be fully accountable for France’s performance. You’ll be the go‑to expert on the market, driving decisions and outcomes with an entrepreneurial, ownership mindset.
