About the role

Troubleshoot, design, and implement software that helps scale and future-proof our platform
Write clean, logical, and maintainable code that’s ready for production
Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and non-technical stakeholders to solve complex problems
Champion testing and quality practices to ensure robust, reliable releases
Continuously look for ways to improve our systems, tools, and workflows

Experience with our tech stack or in similar languages with a desire to learn
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, customer-focused solutions
An understanding of web technologies and scalability
Familiarity with CI/CD, QA practices, and Agile delivery
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A proactive mindset, you don’t wait to be told; you make things happen
Based in the UK and able to commute to our Hammersmith office (3 days a week minimum)
