Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
Proficient, production-grade programming skills in **C++** and **Python**
Solid working experience with **ROS2** for developing, debugging, and deploying modular software systems
Experience with sensor integration (LiDAR, thermal, acoustic, optical), payload development, data processing pipelines, or cloud/edge delivery architectures
Experience in SLAM, motion planning, point cloud processing, or autonomous navigation state machines
Proactive mindset with a strong desire to solve real-world industrial challenges in an ambiguous, fast-scaling hub environment
Excellent communication skills in English for seamless cross-site collaboration with Zurich
