- Exceptional communicator with written and verbal skills.
- Trustworthy professional handling sensitive data.
- Bonus: Internship experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or executive assistance.
- Bonus: Experience as a Lever Power-User or familiarity with similar ATS.
- Bonus: Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.
