About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and champion our reliability engineering practices across the full product development lifecycle
- Build frameworks, tools, and culture for reliable product design
- Serve as a trusted advisor, educator, and technical leader
- Define, document, and embed a comprehensive Design for Reliability (DfR) framework into the product development process
- Standardize core reliability methods across teams
- Act as a hands-on mentor and technical coach, building a community of practice
- Manage governance by reporting KPIs, interfacing with suppliers, and driving continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in reliability engineering within a complex product development environment
- Deep technical command of reliability engineering methods including FMEA, RBD, Weibull analysis, FTA, DFMEA, and PFMEA
- Practical experience implementing accelerated testing methods such as HALT, HASS, and ALT
- Proven track record of successfully implementing or improving reliability processes across a cross-functional organization
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical content for both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English
