About the role

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of partner-driven field events
  • Build and manage a regional partner events calendar
  • Identify, recruit, and collaborate with strategic partners on co-marketing event opportunities
  • Negotiate partner sponsorship commitments and event deliverables
  • Drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact from every partner event
  • Develop pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement strategies
  • Partner with sales, BDR, and partnerships teams to build targeted invite lists
  • Track and report on event ROI, pipeline sourced/influenced, and partner engagement metrics
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to the partner marketing team
  • Coordinate with demand generation, content, and brand teams to create compelling event collateral
  • Work closely with regional sales leadership to align events with territory plans
  • Manage event budgets with a bias toward efficiency
  • Maintain event project plans, timelines, vendor relationships, and logistics with high attention to detail
  • Build scalable, repeatable playbooks for partner event programs

Requirements

  • 7+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing co-marketing events and programs with technology, channel, or alliance partners
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline through field events
  • Highly self-directed and execution-oriented
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and demand generation teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with event and marketing tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Splash/Eventbrite, 6sense, or similar)
