About the role
- develop comprehensive security plans for all Anthropic events
- establish standardized security protocols
- coordinate with venue security teams and local law enforcement
- conduct pre-event threat assessments
- manage travel risk for event attendees
- develop location-specific emergency response protocols
- design security awareness training for event teams
- coordinate with GSOC for real-time threat monitoring
- identify and coordinate to address travel safety and security
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in event security operations
- experience conducting threat assessments
- strong background in coordinating with venue security teams
- proven track record building effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders
- excellent project management skills
- understanding of event security technology systems
- comfortable working flexible hours for international events
