About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing the daily operations of the T&E program at Blackboard
Approving expense reports
Managing global card programs both domestically and internationally
Reconciling T&E charges in our expense travel tool, Concur
Managing travel for the company and working closely with the Senior Travel & Expense Analyst.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
Strong knowledge of credit card products and travel and expense processing
Strong knowledge of Concur
Excellent problem solving and organization skills
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Prior experience in a large corporate environment with employees located globally
Proficient in Excel
Fluency in written and spoken English at CEFR B2 level or above.
