About the role
- Perform Student Success interviews and onboarding related tasks
- Review resumes and select qualified candidates to interview
- Schedule and conduct professional interviews and make new hire recommendations
- Collect, manage, and file personnel related paperwork including new hire paperwork
- Create offer letters, submit background checks, and administer new hire package through Emptrust
- Perform follow-up to ensure paperwork is returned in a timely and accurate manner
- Validate and enter HR data for domestic equipment shipments
- Respond to routine inquiries from candidates and ensure applications are updated
- Perform routine weekly data reports on onboarding and hiring metrics
- Handle multiple job tasks at one time and escalate issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- Ability to conduct different types of video interviews
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases
- Experience with various applicant tracking systems
- Good decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using MS Office, Excel, Word, OneDrive
- Strong attention to detail; excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Quiet, distraction-free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled work shift
- Ability to take inbound (voice) phone calls in a conversation-heavy environment
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English (equivalent to CEF C1 level or above)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Willing to accept a temporary assignment
- Must reside within an approved state*
- Must be able to work from home with the following internet requirements: High-speed Internet Connection (Cable, Fiber, DSL); Mobile Broadband is not supported; 40 Mbps Download; 20 Mbps Upload; 100ms Ping or less; Jitter: 40 MS or less; Hardwired Connection from the modem/router to the device, no splits/gaps or usage of Wi-Fi bridges
