About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, manage, and optimize partner programs to drive business growth through indirect sales channels
  • Work with partners, sales teams, and marketing to create strategies, incentive programs, and enablement initiatives
  • Track performance metrics, ensure compliance with program guidelines, and improve partner engagement and program effectiveness
  • Analyze the needs of direct and channel partner sales teams within a matrixed organization
  • Collaborate with sales, channel, marketing, product, customer success, operations, and other cross-functional teams
  • Develop and execute channel campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and event marketing
  • Optimize channel onboarding, enablement, and compliance processes
  • Produce partner- and prospect-focused content highlighting product and Channel Program benefits
  • Develop sales enablement tools, Partner Program collateral, onboarding tools, and channel sales education curriculum
  • Determine training needs and maintain delivery methodologies for different partner learning experiences
  • Develop measurement criteria to evaluate channel sales education curriculum
  • Manage the Partner Portal for lead registration, opportunity tracking, commissions, and partner engagement
  • Work with channel operations and IT on strategy, data/reporting, system workflows, and operational governance
  • Report to the Vice President Global Channel Sales
  • Develop relationships with Marketing, Product Support, Global Services, Finance, Engineering, and other departments
  • Travel internationally 5–10% for internal meetings and training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in software sales and channel development working with Distributors and Resellers
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while handling multiple tasks
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Experience using Salesforce.com for opportunity management, activity tracking, and reporting
  • Strong follow-up skills and drive to be successful
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is based at the time of hire and maintain authorization throughout employment
