About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage attribution and revenue intelligence
- Build and maintain institutional data architecture
- Oversee marketing operations, including CRM administration
- Manage MarTech stack and vendor relationships
- Define AI automation roadmap and implement AI-native workflows
- Build and lead an AI-native SDR/BDR program focused on high-value engagement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of marketing experience
- 10+ years in leadership
- Strong command of attribution modeling, pipeline analytics and revenue reporting
- Fluency in modern CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent)
- Deep hands-on experience with AI tooling, workflow automation, and building AI-native processes inside a marketing or revenue organization
- Experience building or leading SDR/BDR programs at scale
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building before playbooks exist
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
