About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set the vision and own the strategy for circular systems.
Maintain an understanding of geopolitical, regulatory, and market forces.
Build deep, ongoing understanding of clients' challenges and opportunities.
Design and run pilots that prove new approaches.
Identify and pursue opportunities to design and develop regional recovery hubs.
Own revenue targets, pipeline, and forecasting for the portfolio.
Work across Anthesis business lines to unlock client value.
Lead a diverse group of senior technical experts.
Represent Anthesis at the highest level in industry forums and client boardrooms.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in sustainability consulting or industry, deep domain expertise.
Background in professional services/consulting (understanding utilization, margins).
Established industry network bringing immediate credibility.
Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Fluent English required; an additional European language is preferred.
Willingness to travel for client and leadership engagements.
