About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Location Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating daily functions of the location
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with individual and business customers
  • Provides assistance with customer related issues
  • Assists loan processing, teller-line and customer service representative desk when needed
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of employees, including weekly schedules
  • Oversees the flow of cash and financial instruments
  • Recruits staff members and oversees training
  • Prepares financial and regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or board of directors
  • Networks and develops strategies for obtaining new business
  • Fills in for all assigned employees and/or responsibilities as needed
  • Ensures location complies with company policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Required High School or GED
  • Preferred Bachelors Degree Degree in business, management, and/or finance preferred
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in banking or related field preferred
  • Computer experience required; experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
